Wes Pinkley and Sarah Nurre Pinkley own and lead the Nurre Pinkley Building Co. Wes is the son of Paul Pinkley who has been building homes in Northwest Arkansas since the 70s. Wes grew up on construction sites and started his own company in 2011. He draws all of the plans and elevations with a focus on function and flair.
Sarah joined NPBC in 2021 and focuses on implementing systems and operations to ensure a streamlined building process. Prior to NPBC, she received her Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and was a professor at the University of Arkansas.
Wes and Sarah have two young girls that keep them busy outside of work. They also love cats and foster kittens for local NWA organizations.
Wes and Sarah are not doing this alone. They have a strong team that oversees all of the details of each home to provide quality and service.
The Nurre Pinkley Building Co. are avid animal lovers and believe in the work of the National MPS Society. A portion of each home sale goes to support the NWA Humane Society and the National MPS Society. The NWA Humane Society is the local no-kill shelter that has been serving NWA since 1963. Wes and Sarah often foster kittens which you can adopt from the cat room at the Humane Society in Rogers, AR. The National MPS Society seeks to cure, support, and advocate for mucopolysaccharidoses (MPS) and mucolipidosis (ML)
